Clarke County uses a rapid emergency notification service called Crisis24 to distribute emergency messages via telephone to targeted areas or to the entire county in the event of an emergency. Crisis24 is capable of high-speed geographic targeting of calls to deliver customized pre-recorded emergency messages to mobile phones, homes, businesses, and answering machines.
