The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Clarke County Government, Clarke County Public Schools, and the Clarke County Sanitary Authority, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to perform painting services, on an as-needed basis, as described within this RFP.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the front main entrance to Clarke County High School (627 Mosby Blvd., Berryville, VA 22611) on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:00 am. Interested vendors will be provided an opportunity to inspect the Administration Wing of the High School, which vendors are asked to price in their respective proposal response forms.
Sealed proposals should be clearly marked, "RFP #26-0723 Painting Services.” Proposals must be received in at least one of the two ways below:

•By having the sealed proposal received in the Clarke County Purchasing Office before 3:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Thursday, July 23, 2026.
•By posting electronically on eVA before the deadline of 3:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026.
