The Clarke County Purchasing Department, on behalf of Clarke County Public Schools, is seeking competitively sealed proposals from qualified vendors for architectural services needed at Boyce Elementary School.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.  This meeting will provide interested vendors with an opportunity to view the school and the selected areas included in the scope of work, as described in this RFP. 

Sealed proposals should be clearly marked, “RFP: #26-0721 ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES-BOYCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL” and must be received by the County in at least one of the two ways below: 

  • By delivering the sealed proposal in the Clarke County Purchasing Office before 3:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
  • By posting electronically on eVA before the deadline of 3:00:00 on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
