Recently, due to a power surge and lighting event, the chiller at D.G. Cooley Elementary School-Lower Campus failed.  Due to the need to ensure proper room temperatures at the school, Clarke County Public Schools is entering into a contract with Aggreko, LLC. to rent a 200-ton chiller using an emergency procurement.
