BERRYVILLE, VA (July 22, 2021) The Clarke County Planning Commission recently completed a multi-year project to clarify, modernize, and update the county’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. Following a Public Hearing on June 9, 2021,  that was continued to July 2 to receive additional comments from the public, the Commission voted to recommend adoption of the draft revisions to the Clarke County Board of Supervisors.

The Board of Supervisors is now soliciting comments and questions on the draft revisions and will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center second-floor meeting room. The government center is located at 101 Chalmers Ct. in Berryville.
