The Clarke County Sanitary Authority will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23,2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Main Meeting Room in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Building located at 101 Chalmers Court in Berryville, Virginia, to consider public comments on the following resolution:
Be it resolved that Schedule A: Usage Charges of the Clarke County Sanitary Authority Rules and Regulations for Water and Sewer Service be amended as follows:

(540) 955-5185. Any person desiring to be heard regarding the above matters should appear at the appointed time and place. Written copies of statements at public hearings are requested but not required.
