The Clarke County Sanitary Authority will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23,2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Main Meeting Room in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Building located at 101 Chalmers Court in Berryville, Virginia, to consider public comments on the following resolution:

Be it resolved that Schedule A: Usage Charges of the Clarke County Sanitary Authority Rules and Regulations for Water and Sewer Service be amended as follows:

Pertinent information in connection with the above matters is available to the public at the Clarke County Sanitary Administrative Office, 129 Ramsburg Lane in Berryville during regular working hours. (540) 955-5185. Any person desiring to be heard regarding the above matters should appear at the appointed time and place. Written copies of statements at public hearings are requested but not required.
