The Clarke County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing in the Berryville Clarke County Government Center Main Meeting Room, 101 Chalmers Court, 2nd Floor, Berryville Virginia, on Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 6:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to hear public comment on the following:

PH2026-04. Employee Bonus. Proposed ordinance approving a 2% salary bonus to all full-time employees and a $500 bonus to part-time employees who work a regular schedule twelve months per year. This bonus is intended to be consistent with the bonus approved by the Virginia General Assembly for certain county employees. 

Information regarding the above matters, including copies of the proposed ordinance, may be examined on the County’s website (www.clarkecounty.gov) and at the County Administration office located in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center, 101 Chalmers Court, Berryville, Virginia. Any person desiring to speak on the above matters should appear at the appointed time and place.
