The Clarke County Board of Supervisors is providing notice of an intention to amend the zoning map and will conduct a public hearing in the Berryville Clarke County Government Center Main Meeting Room, 101 Chalmers Court, 2nd Floor, Berryville, Virginia, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, to hear public comment on the following:
PH2025-13: CZ-25-01. Industrial Development Authority of Clarke County. Request rezoning of 40.03 acres from Agricultural-Open Space-Conservation (AOC) to Double Tollgate Light Industrial (DT-LI) and Highway Access Corridor (HAC) Overlay District subject to conditions proffered by the applicant. The purpose is to develop the subject property for uses as allowed by the DT-LI District and consistent with the Double Tollgate Area Plan. The subject property is located at 219 Ray of Hope Lane, Tax Map #27-A-10A, White Post Election District.
Information regarding the above matters, including copies of the rezoning application materials, may be examined on the County’s website (www.clarkecounty.gov) and at the County Administration office located in the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center, 101 Chalmers Court, Berryville, Virginia. Any person desiring to speak on the above matters should appear at the appointed time and place. Written copies of statements are requested but not required.
