The Clarke County Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearing on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 9:00AM in the Main Meeting Room, Berryville-Clarke County Government Center, 101 Chalmers Court, 2nd floor, Berryville, VA, to hear public comment on the following:
CZ-25-01, Industrial Development Authority of Clarke County. Request the rezoning of 40.03 acres from Agricultural-Open Space-Conservation (AOC) to Double Tollgate Light Industrial (DT-LI) and Highway Access Corridor (HAC) Overlay District subject to conditions proffered by the applicant. The purpose is to develop the subject property for uses as allowed by the DT-LI District and consistent with the Double Tollgate Area Plan. The subject property is located at 219 Ray of Hope Lane, Tax Map #27-A-10A, White Post Election District.
Information regarding the above matter including copies of proposed plans, ordinances, or amendments, is available to the public in the Department of Planning (2nd floor, BerryvilleClarke County Government Center, Berryville, VA) and on the County website (www.clarkecounty.gov). Any person desiring to speak on the above matter should appear at the Public Hearing. Written copies of statements are requested but not required.
