Fitness Trail

The Fitness Trail is approximately two (2) miles and spans the perimeter of the 104 acres of parkland. Through a matching grant from the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, a new surface of stone dust has been laid and the width of the trail has been expanded to 8' to provide accessibility to all ages and fitness levels.

Experience a leisurely walk or an exhilarating jog through groves of pine trees and wooded areas. Wildflowers, rock formations and wildlife surround the trail making it ideal for nature walks for all ages. For your safety and enjoyment, please adhere to the Park Trail Rules that are posted along the trail.

The fitness trail is open to the public from dawn to dusk, seven (7) days per week.

Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
