Berryville Area Development Authority |

Purpose:
|
Serve as the planning commission for the
vacant areas in the annexation area surrounding the Town of Berryville. The Authority reviews subdivisions of
single family development, site plans of commercial development, and
recommends to the town and county governing bodies appropriate changes to
land use policies in the annexation area and changes to zoning and
subdivision ordinances that apply to this area.

Membership:

There are six members of the Authority, with three
members appointed by the Berryville Town Council and three appointed by the
Clarke County Board of Supervisors.
Members are appointed to serve three-year terms. Click here for list of current members

Every 4th
Monday at 6:00 pm in the Berryville Town Council Chambers.
