Purpose:

To operate the public water system serving the
Town of Boyce, the communities of Millwood and White Post, and the commercial
uses at the Waterloo intersection (Routes 50 and 340). To operate the public sewer system serving

Membership:

The Board of Supervisors appoints four members
of the Authority, who are citizens of the County, to four year terms. In addition, a fifth member is also a member
of the Board of Supervisors with a one year term. |
