Purpose:

Inform and educate the public about the historic and cultural resources of the County. To review projects and developments that may change or alter the historic character of historic districts designated by the County.

Membership:

The Board of Supervisors appoints the seven members of the Commission for four year terms. One member is also a member of the Planning Commission. One member must be either an architect or an architectural historian.
